Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for healthcare operations and compliance? The Whole Person is looking for a dynamic Director of Administration for Home Care Services to lead and manage the administrative backbone of our clinical support services. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact—without providing direct patient care—by ensuring our systems run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee credentialing and contract verification for clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with payer, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to maintain high standards
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration or compliance
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- A proactive, ethical, and adaptable leader
