Location: Kansas City, MO (Ambassador Office, Main Office, and St. Joseph)
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Are you a licensed RN with a passion for leadership, innovation, and high-quality care? The Whole Person is seeking a dynamic Director of Home Care Services to lead our clinical programs with vision and purpose. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals receiving home health, in-home, and CDS services across our community.
As the Director of Home Care Services, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative, evidence-based environment that supports staff development and excellence in care delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
- A compact RN license in good standing
- 10+ years of experience in home health or community-based services
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration
- Experience in budget management and quality assurance
